Join us for a masa master class with Chef Mike Brannock on Saturday, July 26th. In the class, Mike will take you behind the scenes to explore the authentic Mexican corn we use at Streetlight Taco, the ancient art of nixtamalization, and the process of transforming dried corn into warm, fragrant masa.
Each class includes:
